Considering the updates, it’s quite easy to conclude that the next year, when we are about to see the 2023 GMC Sierra Denali, probably won’t feature any important update. We are about to see a familiar layout, with pretty much the same list of exclusive features and design solutions.
All this means that you may count on a pickup truck that competes in the luxury segment, as it offers a full load of standard equipment, which doesn’t just include lots of tech goodies. There is a bunch of premium features like unique styling details, exclusive interior materials and color schemes etc. On the other hand, the mechanical aspect of the vehicle isn’t much different than the rest of the lineup.

The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali will continue with familiar engine options on the offer. So, base versions will come with a 5.3-liter V8, which puts out around 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. For those who are looking for something more capable, there is a 6.2-liter V8. This one puts out around 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.
Also, you can get this version with a diesel engine. This one comes with a familiar 3.0-liter V6, which puts out around 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. This version is both capable and efficient, as fuel economy is way better compared to gasoline-powered variants. In numbers, that would be around 23 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway, which is impressive for a half-ton pickup.
2023 GMC Sierra Denali Release Date and Price
Since bigger changes probably won’t happen, we believe that the 2023 GMC Sierra Denali will hit the market sometime in the last quarter of 2022. The base Denali should cost around 59.000 dollars, while the Denali Ultimate is about to go around $80.000. Key competitors will be models like Ford F-150 Platinum, Ram 1500 Limited etc.
