By The new generation of the world’s best-selling pickup was introduced last year. This year has brought its most capable version, with the famous “Raptor” badge. So, you probably wonder what could come with the 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor. One thing is certain, it won’t be a typical carryover model. Instead, it will bring many novelties. The main one will be in terms of the powertrain, as we are finally about to see a version with the Supercharged V8 engine.

It will feature the same 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6, which puts out 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. Despite the “lack” of cylinders, it sounds really good, thanks to the new 3.0-inch exhaust system. Of course, the overall performance is pretty impressive too.
Both models will come with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
2023 Ford F-150 Raptor Design
Other than the engine upgrade, we are pretty sure that the 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor will carry on with familiar design solutions and features. So, you count on all kinds of upgrades over standard models. Although the overall design is heavily based on the new generation F-150, there is also a full-load of off-road features, starting from the off-road suspension and standard 35-inch off-road tires. You can get even bigger, 37-inch tires as an upgrade. The list of standard off-road equipment also includes skid plates and a locking rear differential, while the ground clearance goes over 13 inches.
Besides all those mechanical upgrades, there is also a full load of styling details that accentuate the model’s off-road nature. Of course, the most prominent detail is the pickup’s grille, which features black plastics and large “Ford” lettering, just like in the previous iteration. What’s great about this pickup is that, despite the rugged nature, it comes with lots of convenient interior features as well. For example, leather upholstery is part of the standard equipment, along with aluminum trim and paddle shifters. There are also optional carbon fiber accents, while the steering wheel comes with an exclusive laser-etched logo. The 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor will continue exclusively with a SuperCrew cab style, in pair with a 5.5-foot cargo bed.
