Of course, there is a chance to see new features and new customization options in the offer, but a more interesting thing is the possible introduction of the V8 version. At this point, the officials are still quiet about this.

2022 Jeep Gladiator Engines
The current model comes with two engines in the offer and we have no doubt that these two units will carry on in the same way. Base models will continue with a 3.6-liter V6, which puts out around 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Also, there is a 3.0-liter diesel, which features a max output of 260 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque. Both engines come in pair with 8-speed automatic transmission, while the gasoline engine is also available with a manual gearbox.
The biggest rumor for the 2022 Jeep Gladiator is the possible addition of the V8 version. Of course, we are talking about the 6.4-liter HEMI engine, which debuted recently in the Wrangler Rubicon 392. The engine puts out 470 horsepower and many believe that the same scenario will happen with the Gladiator.

The 2022 Jeep Gladiator will probably hit the market sometime late in the year. We don’t expect bigger changes in price, so base models should go around 34.000 dollars. Of course, the competition remains the same, which means well-known names in the business like Colorado, Ranger, Tacoma etc.
