2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD High Country Design
Like the rest of the range, the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD High Country will come completely redesigned. Therefore, count on all those upgrades and improvements that characterize new light-duty models. This means completely new mechanics, a new platform that will provide massive weight savings etc.
However, that’s not the interesting part of this version. The thing with the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD High Country will be in its distinctive styling. Images of the new HD series are showing several interesting details. Besides obvious novelties in terms of design language and overall styling, the new generation also comes with a significantly different approach when it comes to the grille design. In most version, the new grille is made from black plastics and looks pretty sporty. Also, there is a large “Chevrolet” lettering, instead of the famous badge.
More traditional approach
The new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado High Country will keep things a little bit more conventional. This trim level will come with chrome grille and with a typical Chevy badge instead of branding. We have no doubt that such design will be more acceptable to Chevy purists and that this version will be the first choice of traditional Silverado buyers.

Unfortunately, details about the interior design are still unavailable, so we can only speculate about it only. Of count on a more upscale overall look, compared to base models. Leather upholstery, different materials, and color schemes are the things we count on. Also, we count on plenty of standard equipment, in terms of comfort and convenience, as well as in terms of the latest tech features. Also, count on GM’s new trailering system that provides views from 15 different angles, which makes trailing significantly easier. It will be standard in this trim level.
2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD High Country Release Date
We expect that the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD High Country will arrive along with the rest of the lineup, which would mean sometime in the third quarter of the year. Details about the price are still unavailable but don’t expect significant differences compared to the outgoing model, which goes around 55.000 dollars.
